Our on-site distribution centre plays a major role in making this happen, providing a fast and professional picking and packing service for all domestic and international orders. Covering over 40,000 sq. ft. our facility handles all product lines with specialist departments to cater for all our customers’ needs from packaging and labelling requirements to tight deadlines or bespoke display options. The three main despatch areas; UK, Export and Ecommerce, are all constantly reviewed to increase efficiency and improve workflow to deliver your goods when you need them, in an ever changing environment.
IN- HOUSE MU G PRO D U C T I O N
Our highly efficient mug production line boasts three HIX mug ovens and allows us to produce an impressive 6000 mugs per day. In-house production allows us complete flexibility which enables us to provide a fast service to our customers while offering a huge range of titles as well as bespoke requests all with low minimum quantities. We use the highest quality materials and all our mugs are SEDEX approved giving our customers total confidence in the quality of our goods. All our mugs come in a fully branded gift box and we can even supply retail ready mug racks with supporting merchandise hooks.

FRAMED AND PRIN T PRO D U C T I O N
This state of the art facility is located less than half a mile away from our head office, it covers over 30,000 sq.ft. and houses all our frame and print manufacturing. The semi-automated frame production line provides up to 4000 frames per day, allowing us to react to customer demands and implementing the highest quality control procedures. We can also provide bespoke solutions for all budgets with unique sizes and mouldings. Our internal print area includes a variety of printers including a Polielettronic Compact 30 lab for large scale photographic prints, a Fuji Mini Lab for high volume and a large format printer which provides a variety of functions. All this allows us to produce prints and ready framed art on demand not only for our companywide product range but also for independent artists and business requiring unique print on demand services.
E - COMMERCE
We continue to recognise the growth in demand for e-commerce solutions for all our products and services with continued development and investment. We are continually reviewing our processes to keep up with this fast moving area of business and have dedicated teams for production and despatch.
