what a drag Dinner Can Be! Dinning out has never been so much fun, and it all started at Parrots Restaurant with Dinner and Diamonds, the star of the show being Lady Diamond, the undisputed queen of Sitges. As you take your seat on the terrace on a warm Mediterranean evening, a waiter brings you a complementary glass of cava (Spanish champagne). In the kitchen top international Swiss chef Markus Limacher and his team, eagerly wait to prepare your choice of culinary delights. As you peruse the menu, Lady Diamond arrives in a flurry of camera flashes and you just know this is going to be a night to remember! During this two hour show Lady Diamond sings live in English, Spanish, French and German keeping everyone happy. The street outside the restaurant rapidly comes to a standstill as crowds of people gather to see the show. This dinner show sells out fast and we highly recommend that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, (93 894 1350, 93 811 1219). If you find that you cannot get a table, quickly grab a seat on Carousel bar next door to the restaurant where you should be able to see most of the fun. Comer en un restaurante nunca ha sido tan divertido. Todo empezó en el Parrots Restaurant con la cena-show “Cena y Diamantes”, siendo la estrella del espectáculo Lady Diamond, la reina indiscutible de Sitges. Después de tomar asiento en la terraza del restaurante, en una cálida noche mediterránea, un camarero te traerá una copa de cava (champán español). El chef suizo de nivel internacional Markus Limacher y su equipo te esperan con impaciencia para prepararte unas delicias culinarias según tu gusto. Mientras estarás leyendo el menú, llegará Lady Diamond en le medio de un aluvión de flashes de cámaras y, en este momento, sabrás que esta va ser una noche inmemorable. El show dura dos horas y Lady Diamond, cantando en vivo en inglés, español, francés y alemán, te hará reír y sentir contento. La calle del restaurante se llena rápidamente de una multitud de gente para ver el espectáculo.Teniendo esta cena-show un gran éxito, es muy recomendable reservar mesa lo antes posible para evitar decepciones (Tel. 93 894 1350, 93 811 1219). Si no consigues reservar una mesa, puedes siempre sentarte en la terraza del Carousel Bar, situado al lado del restaurante, desde donde podrás ver la mayor parte del show.

Most bars get busy from 10pm onwards, right after people have finished dining. Locals tend to eat later, so you will see the Spanish boys arrive around 12am. The old town has a number of great bars like Comodin, and Bar 7 offering something to suit all tastes. When you finish at the bars, (normally around 3am or so) head for one of the late discos,sucha as Organic.Organic hosts the legendary Foam parties on Wednesdays and Sundays, so look out for the flyer boys and get your tickets early.

Shopping In Sitges Although small in size, Sitges offers a wide variety of shops to choose from. After partying... shopping in Sitges is the next most popular religion! As you walk through the small winding streets you will find something new to peek your interest around each corner. It would take you a week just to browse through all the designer clothes shops selling the latest offerings from top designer names from around the world, such as Barcode, Es Collection and Addicted. Most stores in Sitges open at 10am and close for Siesta at between 1.30 and 2pm. They re-open at 5pm and stay open until 8.30pm. During the Summer months many of the more tourist-focussed shops will stay open later. Finally remember in most shops where there are large queues, such as pharmacies and butchers, you have to take a ticket and wait until your number is called.
