CONSERVATION - REDEVELOPEMENT PROJECT ::
Located within Group Housing project at Bungalow zone area, Delhi, designed by Gautam and Gautam Associates,
The now derelict heritage structure belonged to 18th century Colonial Delhi era established as a residential bungalow sculpted on Palladian style & influences from Victorian Classical & Colonial Neo- Classical style with French, Roman & Greek elements juxtaposed with Mughal elements.
The proposed re-development design in form of a technical Conservation Report is an initiative to re-develop the collapsed heritage structure to it's former glory & strategizing the surrounding group housing g+2 buildings within same campus such that they harmonize with central heritage building as well as retain the focal point of the project- the Colonial bungalow.
