Question- Whom do you wish was watching you perform at every game or match?

Akarsh Savant- Entire Team Vaps

Anirudh Sharma- My Grandfather

Question- What is your favourite song to listen to before competing?

Akarsh Savant- The thunder by Imagine Dragons

Dhruv Satish Kumar- Fight back by NEFFEX

Sanjana Gaud- Zinda to by Siddhart Mahadevan

Question- what/who motivated you to become a sportsperson?

Anirudh Sharma- My grandfather was a national-level boxer and also served in the army and was the primary reason why I pursued sport specifically cricket as he wanted to see me as a cricketer

Dhruv Satish Kumar- I was an extremely hyperactive child so my mother put me into sports to expend my energy and I started doing well in them once you start winning you get motivated to do better and better

Pawan Nanda Kumar- I was very much into dancing singing sports

Pretty much everything, but I enjoy expressing myself most in sports; it comes naturally to me

Sanjana Gaud- It was my father's unfinished dream, and I wanted that to fulfil it

Question-According to you, what qualities make a teammate a good team caption

Dhruv Satish Kumar- Communication and understanding each and everybody without having to communicate as well Generally, having a good bond with the entire team Rather than playing for oneself, playing for the team and leading the team in a particular direction

Sanjana Gaud- Open-minded disciplined mostly calmness

Question-what are the three reasons you like being part of team sports

Akarsh Savant- One is teamwork

Second is being a leader at times

Third is bond and respect for other sportspeople

Anirudh Sharma- Team management

And also teaches how to be with a team how to win with a group and most importantly how to handle when the team loses

Pawan Nanda Kumar- first is the bond that we make with other players second is You can create a family outside your blood relations and that we can have many friends to create lifelong memories third is whether you Win or lose doesn't matter as you can feel something special when you're maintaining a separate team bonding session

Question- One word that describes you?

Akarsh Savant- Leader

Anirudh Sharma- Self-motivator and a person with a never-give-up attitude

Dhruv Satish Kumar- Enthusiastic

Pawan Nanda Kumar- Passionate

Sanjana Gaud- Discipline and fun

Question- What do you want to say to your junior batch (batch of 2024)?

Akarsh Savant- at times we lost hope and at times we have gained it back

The team which we have right now is something we are PROUD of

Anirudh Sharma- Excellent and obedient much more to work GOOD LUCK AND HAVE A GOOD JOURNEY

Dhruv Satish Kumar- They are committed but at times they lack in a few aspects; apart from that vaps has an excellent junior unit

Pawan Nanda Kumar- It’s been an emotional attachment for me for the last one and a half years as I’ve seen my president being passionate and giving the position to me I will also be emotional because I’ve seen a team working on this for five years I am expecting the same for the next team vaps as well I that they will carry forward the legacy of team vaps, and I also trust them, and I have seen most of them having more capabilities of leading the team and making new legacies and attaching them with the same old sentiments and will make us proud as well
