Leadership Academy
The Executive MBA Leadership Academy provides guideposts that mark and accelerate development. Through assessments, one-on-one executive coaching, leadership-focused reflections, and the development of a Personalized Leadership Development Plan (PLDP), students come to know the power of their strengths and areas of needed improvement.
The Leadership Academy is open to every Executive MBA student, and it is completed concurrently within the 17-month program. Students earn a certificate of completion once the Academy requirements are satisfied.
