Reduce Fugitive Emissions to Create Safer Workplace & Healthier Environment Post corona virus lockdown- the main focus should be to effectively reduce noxious fugitive emissions that pose a threat to the safety of public and security of the environment. Here’s a list of fugitive emission services that can help accomplish this goal without causing any damage to the outer space. Due to the COVID-19 lockdown- carbon emissions that earlier contributed to bring out 60% of total emissions within gas fields, pipelines and hydrocarbon processing facilities are now resting peacefully. It is the continuous operation of control valves which eventually leads to the exposure of small leak paths to the environment. If left unattended post corona virus lockdown- these leaks can become a dangerous source of fugitive emissions. In an attempt to abide by safety and environmental law- Gas Track Engineering can do the needful to support the oil and gas industry in attaining safer workplace and healthier environment. Thus, industries can control noxious emissions by availing our fugitive emission management program, leak detection, emission record keeping, optical gas and thermal imaging solutions. Below is the list of services that we provide: 

 

Fugitive emissions management programs: Along with our in depth understanding of the ongoing and in-trend regulations- we have the capability to help you with your fugitive emissions management program (FEMP). We can help set up a program, or even customize our services to perfectly sync in with your existing FEMP needs and requirements. Fugitive Emissions Screenings & Surveys: Whether you want to have your field of well sites screened annually, or looking out for fugitive emission surveys- we conduct reports, re-scan, and send notifications regarding repairs that can be emailed at your request. Methane Emissions Record Keeping: We effectively manage and maintain methane emissions record and hand it over to you whenever requested. Optical Gas Imaging: We use a Flir’s GFx320 Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) cameras to easily detect even smallest of leaks present. The camera can help detect several gases including Methane, Methanol, Propane, Benzene, Ethane, Propylene, Ethanol, Pentane, 1-Pentane, Isoprene, Butane. Thermal Imaging: We use a Flir’s GFx320 Infrared Camera for detecting hot spots in burn piles and prevent forest fires. Our operators are certified by the Infrared Training Center (ITC) with necessary experience.
