Our Culture
Striving to Be A Fuel For Good means more than just looking out for customers and the community. It also means taking care of the people who make Gas South a great place to work. And so continuing to make Gas South a welcoming, diverse and tolerant workplace matters to each of us here, as do opportunities and support to grow professionally and strengthen one’s sense of purpose.

A great example of how we do that includes our efforts to ensure diversity and inclusivity at Gas South through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These are voluntary, employee-led groups that work to support a culture of caring here at Gas South.
