Tech City, Croydon Project:  Acting for Tech Leaders Club on the agreement for lease and lease with Croydon City Council and construction documents for the establishment of a “Tech Hub” in the centre of Croydon to provide start up facilities and an accelerator programme for the technology sector and part of the Croydon Tech City Initiative. 365 Chiswick High Road, London Project:  £13.2m investment sale of this mixed commercial and residential development in Chiswick High Road, London on behalf of the bank and it’s receivers. Oakridge Park, Stantonbury Project:  Acting for Newcrest in a JV with Persimmon to create a food store anchored community retail scheme with health care and offices. Planning consent has been achieved for a 24,000 sq. ft foodstore plus five smaller shops, 5,000 sq. ft of medical use and eight houses. The anchor food store has been taken up by Asda and the investment sold on.
