After this interview, I learned a lot. The simplest thing is that I initially thought that the partnership approach should be based on calculating the percentage, as I believed it would be the fairest method, but it turned out not to be the case. Additionally, what surprised me the most is that as a graduate, what is most important to meet the company's requirements is personal cultivation and attitude, rather than the so-called skills. Regarding the issue of work bottleneck, it has also troubled me for a long time. It was only in the end that I realized that it was because I was pushing myself too hard and neglecting my own life. I believe that this thing is more important than anything else.
