If I need to hire a creative person, I would consider their reliability, depending on the position they would take. Reliability here refers to their maturity and sense of responsibility towards their work, such as whether they show up on time and whether they have a positive impact on the team. For a fresh graduate, creativity is not the most important thing, as creativity is to some extent innate. I would pay more attention to their life experiences and ability to interact with others. If I believe that our team is a good one, then a new graduate who can naturally integrate into our team and communicate well with colleagues would be a positive growth.
However, if they are not a team player and only focus on their own work, they may encounter some difficulties. For example, they may want to participate in key visual work but cannot accept criticism from others, leading to failure to complete the task. Therefore, I believe that if a new graduate wants to integrate into a company quickly, they must be a person who is willing to communicate.
