SOUTHERN DECADENCE FESTIVAL (Various locations in the French Quarter; www.southerndecadence.net) — There’s a walking parade in the French Quarter on Sunday at this annual gay festival, which draws more than 200,000 people. SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA ZYDECO MUSIC FESTIVAL (Yambilee Festival Grounds, 1939 W.
