TEAM GJ: MASTER BRAND GUIDELINES

BRAND OVERVIEW & MISSION ALL BRANDS

A brand is more than a logo, a name, or a product—it is the identity and reputation of a company. This is why embracing the “Team GJ” branding is critical to build the same awareness in our markets as Gamber-Johnson, Lind, or any other of our brands currently have on their own. For Gamber-Johnson, our brand is one of our most valuable assets. It represents who we are, what we stand for, and how we lead the broader Team GJ family of brands.

Consistent, disciplined brand management ensures that every interaction reflects the quality, reliability, and purpose our customers expect. These guidelines protect the integrity of our identity by standardizing how our name, logos, products, and messaging appear in all business and consumer communications.

PROPER BRAND USAGE IS MANDATORY:

• Gamber-Johnson must always be written with a hyphen to honor the unity of our founding partners.

• “Gamber Johnson,” “GamberJohnson,” or any unhyphenated form is prohibited.

• InfoCase must always be written with both the “I” and “C” capitalized.

• CamLocker must always be written with both the “C” and “L” capitalized.

• All Team GJ brands must follow the approved naming, capitalization, spacing, and logo usage requirements outlined in this guide.

As Team GJ, every product and brand in our portfolio reflects the same promise and expectation defined by our “3R” standard: Rugged, Reliable, and Responsive. These are not just words—they are the mindset that drives our engineering, our service, and our approach to solving customer challenges. Upholding the 3R standard ensures that every brand under Team GJ maintains a level of quality that sets us apart.

MISSION STATEMENT

Joyful Growth

These two words, Joyful Growth, reflect what our company sets out to achieve every day. There are four areas of our business that our mission statement is particularly meaningful for:

People: Our people are at the heart of everything we do; without them, our primary purpose of providing superior value to our customers is impossible! Through our purpose’s successful execution, we deliver growth opportunities for all individuals along the value chain, including our employees, customers, partners, and suppliers.

Products: New and innovative products are the lifeline for future growth. In being responsive to our customers’ needs, we aim to develop products that meet and exceed their expectations.

Profits: Our customers must profit from the use of our products. By providing our customers with the best experience and value in the industry, the profits needed to be a self-sustained and progressive company will be inherent

Principles: The foundation for our company is the principles by which we conduct business. Only by operating under impeccable standards may we earn our employees’ and customers’ highest level of approval; their trust.

VALUE PROPOSITION

Rugged. Reliable. Responsive.

These three words define Team GJ and guide our purpose as a premier mounting solutions provider for high-intensity professionals. We proudly support public safety, enterprise, material handling, logistics, and other industries where rugged equipment is essential. As technology evolves, we continue expanding our product portfolio to better serve customers across all professions that rely on secure, dependable mounting solutions.

TEAM GJ: FAMILY OF BRANDS

MULTIPLE BRAND DISPLAY

When presenting multiple Team GJ brand logos together, consistency and hierarchy are essential. These guidelines ensure a unified visual system that accurately reflects the structure of the Team GJ family of brands.

NOTE: American Aluminum Accessories logo will not include the flag icon to the left of the word mark when presented with other brands.

1. BRAND ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Whenever two or more Team GJ brand logos appear together— whether in a vertical stack or horizontal line—they must follow the approved and consistent order:

Gamber-Johnson (always first)

American Aluminum Accessories

Blac-Rac

InfoCase

Lind Electronics

PMT (Precision Mounting Technologies)

Premier Mounts

Zirkona

This order is based on:

• Gamber-Johnson’s leadership position as the parent brand

• Alphabetical sequencing for all remaining Team GJ brands

• No deviations, substitutions, or reordering are permitted.

2. GENERAL RULES FOR MULTI-BRAND DISPLAYS

• Do not alter, recolor, or modify any brand mark.

• Do not rearrange the order of logos under any circumstance.

• Always use approved artwork files—never recreate or retype logos.

• Maintain clear space around the entire brand grouping per the primary logo clear-space requirement.

These standards protect the integrity of each individual brand while reinforcing the unified identity of Team GJ.

3. VERTICAL (STACKED OR SQUARE) LOGO LAYOUT

When logos are displayed in a stacked vertical format:

• Each logo should appear on its own line.

• The spacing between each logo must be equal to 1/8 the height of the GamberJohnson logo.

• All brand logos must be aligned according to the approved type and spacing grid for a consistent visual block.

This ensures readability, balance, and harmony across all brand marks.

4. HORIZONTAL (LINE) LOGO LAYOUT

When logos are displayed in a horizontal row:

• This is the only scenario in which the Gamber-Johnson logo may be scaled to a 1:1 ratio with the other Team GJ brand logos.

• All logos must maintain their original proportions and align along a shared midline.

• Spacing between each logo follows the same proportional spacing rules defined in the master artwork file.

Horizontal layouts should only be used when space or design considerations require a single-line brand architecture display.

Founded in 1975 by the visionary Leroy Lind, our journey began in the basement of his Minnetonka home. It was under the name Modular Instruments Company where the seeds of ingenuity were sown.

In 1984, Leroy moved out of his basement and changed the name to Lind Electronic Design Co., Inc. It was during this time Lind became active in the Apple community and Leroy started to receive requests from Apple for products to use with their first “portable” computers. In 1989, Lind introduced a battery pack for Apple Computers.

With a fervent belief in the transformative potential of portable power, Lind Electronics embarked on a quest to redefine the possibilities of mobile computing. Armed with a pioneering spirit and a commitment to excellence, we set out to create power solutions that would fuel the aspirations of a rapidly evolving world.

From humble beginnings, our passion for innovation propelled us to the forefront of the industry, earning Lind Electronics a reputation for reliability and durability. THE PMT STORY

Precision Mounting Technologies (PMT) started as a family run business in the mid-eighties with an original focus (as an early adopter) on mounting “bag” phones into vehicles. The core product offering at the time was the “Extendo-Flex” mount which was ahead of its time and renowned for its rigidity and adaptability to provide a premium method of mounting these devices into vehicles. That quickly led to broadening the scope of devices that the “Extendo-Flex” could mount in vehicles as the adoption of in-vehicle MDT’s spread in public safety. Leaping forward to today, PMT is now a leading manufacturer of ‘floorboard-to-keyboard’ in-vehicle mobile mounting solutions. Proudly located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, PMT products are made in North America and shipped globally.

As a single source vertically integrated provider, PMT has over 35 years of experience in design, and manufacturing of rugged and reliable mounting systems completely in-house. This capability allows us to maintain rigorous quality control in manufacturing, while offering rapid turnaround for standard and customized mobile mounting solutions. Utilizing the latest in CNC machine tool technology and quality materials, PMT’s unique manufacturing approach ensures the highest level of rugged reliability in our products while also providing peace of mind safety to end users.

PMT offers comprehensive in-vehicle mounting design, systems engineering, and technical support services for customers and partners.
