Concessions

Concessions are available in person for senior citizens, unwaged, and full–time students with appropriate ID.

Refunds

Galway International Arts Festival has a no refund or exchange policy on all tickets purchased.

Please Arrive on Time

Group Discounts

We offer discounts for most shows to groups of 10 or more. Email: groups@giaf.ie or contact the Box Office for details.

Please arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before show time. Allow time for traffic and parking. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of management.

We ask where possible that any special needs or seating requirements are made known to us at the time of booking.
