Who Are We? Why Does It Matter? One of New Zealand’s most celebrated artists Tim Finn examines the cloudy question of identity, and its powerful relationship with place and people. Told through story, song and film, White Cloud draws on family histories, letters, journals and photographs as Tim Finn explores his family origins and what it means to be Pākehā – a Māori term for New Zealanders of European origin. Tim Finn is one of New Zealand’s premier songwriters. He was the driving force for much–loved 1970s group Split Enz and an integral member of Crowded House.
