Galway based photographer Colm Hogan’s portraits of one of Ireland’s pre-eminent authors, the late John McGahern, from the TV documentary Private Life.

In July 2003, Silvio Berlusconi went to the European Parliament in Strasbourg to present his work program for the Italian Presidency of the European Union. During his presentation he had a run-in with German Social Democratic MEP Martin Schulz. This ten-minute video shows the exchange between Berlusconi and Schulz adapted to opera music and sung by Maud Gnidzaz.
