Curator and culinary consultant of Corso Atlanta, Executive Chef Philippe Haddad is wellknown throughout Atlanta and beyond for creating unforgettable dining experiences that celebrate the art of food, drink, and soul. He brings three decades of international culinary experience from Atlanta favorites such as Nikolai’s Roof, as well as, iconic brands including the Ritz Carlton to the tables of Corso.
Chef Philippe Haddad is the consulting executive chef and curator for Corso Atlanta. He has been in this business for more than 35 years. His experience of consulting is very fun and

interactive. Philippe takes pride in remaining very active in the kitchen with his team.
While reflecting on his culinary experiences growing up, Chef Philippe notes that his mom is an amazing cook. He remembers how it was always a pleasant experience to come home from school.
“It was just coming into the house, you smell and you go wow.”
Chef Philippe was always curious to see what she was cooking. His parents took him to restaurants once a month and that's how he created his palette that how helps in creating a distinguished experience. It exposed him to a lot of foods in the course of his teenage years.
Chef learned that cooking comes from the heart. He explains cooking is not a script.

"It's not something that the booksare just a guideline, you also have tocreate your own personality.”
Chef Philippe loves cooking at
home. His tip to creating a greatdish is to have fun.
“You know I first thing you must do is open a bottle of wine, I mean, it's a must,” He says. “Then, you just whip something up.”
Philippe tries to limit mealtime to 30-45 minutes. A fantastic dish doesn't have to be complicated. Simple foods are sometimes the


best.
Philippe is friends with many chefsthroughout Atlanta and enjoyssupporting them.
“They're amazing and they do some great stuff.” He says. “We cook together too, which is even more
fun.”
The creative chef prefers to create meals with seasonal items because it is the freshest product available. Philippe enjoys experimenting and testing new recipes from home. He is excited to bring the freshest, quality ingredients and recipes to Corso Atlanta.

We are giving an atmosphere of synergy and then it goes into food & beverage. We all are gearing up to give someone a very special day with a variety of restaurant - You cannot be bored, it's really like an all inclusive resort.
“Corso has become an amazing, worldly lifestyle creation that has come off the ground, designed with a vibe from Paris,” He explains. “So I think that from that point on, we are giving an atmosphere of
synergy, and then it goes into food and beverage and we all are gearing ourselves to give someone a very special day.”
Alongside Chef Philippe’s influences, every day is a special day at Corso Atlanta. The European-style community has a variety of restaurants including Le Marché Bistro, Galerie Dining, The Overlook Lounge, and the Crêperie. All of which look forward to you and your guests.
