Leisa Cawthon, CDAL, CDP, LPN, CLTC joined Galerie Living as the Regional Clinical Director in February of this year. Leisa brings a wealth of expertise to the role, including her LPN certification and additional credentials including Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL), and Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) With 15 years of experience in senior living, she places compassion for residents above all else, and this dedication has only strengthened over time.

Regional Director of Sales

Prior to becoming a Regional Director of Sales, Lauren began her journey in the senior living industry in 2011 by helping individuals discover the perfect community to fit their lifestyle. Later, she pursued a focus at the property level as Regional Sales Support for several communities in a multistate region. She truly loves helping others and supporting individuals through transitional chapters in their lives while acting as a support system for families by being their trusted, reputable resource. Lauren not only enjoys working with seniors but also has a profound passion for developing her colleagues’ professional skill sets. Lauren is excited about the unlimited possibilities with Galerie Living and creating #moregooddays together.
