RESIDENCES 2000 - 4200 sqf. I I Design Worked on Singles and townhouses for community housing and custom homes on various lot sizes independently. Collaborated structural layout for floors and roof trusses with consultants. Creating multiple options for client approval with variable basement conditions as per building codes. Designed and Implemented permissible material on external and internal parts of the structure depending on various grade conditions. My Role: Working drawings/construction documentation, Building permit drawings, structural layouts, streetscapes and grading plans

MULTI UNIT CONDOMINIUM 9000 sqf. I I Constructed Each floor in the 6 storey building consists a combination of one and two bedroom units which can be modified as per requirement. Services are centrally located thus enabling the users easy and immediate access and creating space for social interaction. My Role: Independently handled the project from design proposal to completion. Responsible for Coordinate with municipal authorities, MEP agencies and material procurement.

Each unit comprises of flexible multipurpose spaces, bedrooms with en suite and walk-in wardrobes. Large glass windows help in bridging the indoors and outdoors. The proximity to an historical site adds to the value of the project. Shops and parking occupy the ground level whereas each upper level accommodates three 2 bedroom units.

SENIOR HOUSING 28000 sqm. I I Constructed Units that are designed considering requirements for seniors are wheelchair friendly. Wide Corridors have grab bars to assist walking. The 9 storey structure has common eating areas accompanied by IT rooms and other amenities. Each unit is equipped with an alert system that can be used during emergencies. The planning for this custom residence focuses on distribution of activities on various levels. Public areas are restricted to lower floors whereas the upper floors are private. The luxurious indoors enjoy a scenic view of the natural outdoors with the help of full height windows and balconies that are provided to each bedroom. The open plan concept and movable furniture allows the users to modify spaces as per requirement. The subtle interior palette adds on the luxurious feeling with no compromise in comfort.

The project at Audrey Avenue, Toronto involves pulling down an existing dilapidated structure and designing a residential unit on a narrow site. My Role: Sketch design, Prepare sets of permit drawings and contract drawings cohering to the Scarborough zoning and building codes while coordinating with municipal building department and other governing officials for approvals. Generate working drawings and 3D views in Revit.

The project is an extension to an existing animal shelter which caters to domestic animals mainly cats and dogs. It involves addition of operation room and expanding administrative spaces. My Role: Assist head architect in client meetings and implement changes as discussed. The assignment aimed at using Revit skills to design a residence cum workspace for an artist. A wooden structure accommodates office on lower level, whereas the upper floors have habitable rooms. The Curtain wall adds to the beauty of the structure and the double height living space with views of the cantilevered swimming pool.
SCIENCE AND RESEARCH CENTER (Ryerson Course Work) The Science Building is six storey in building height, with six occupied floors and one mechanical penthouse at the roof. The building is a concrete structure with long span flat slab, and cladded with different materials, like metal insulated panels and curtain wall system.
