Frosted Strawberry squares 1 cup flour ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup chopped nuts ½ cup melted vegan butter 1 mashed banana 1 cup white sugar 2 cups sliced strawberries 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup coconut whipped cream

Combine flour, brown sugar, chopped nuts, and melted vegan butter in a 9x9 pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. In a medium mixing bowl, combine and mix all of the other ingredients. Once the dry crumble is baked, put half of the mix on the bottom of the pan, pressing into a solid crust. Pour the strawberry mix on top of the crust, and then crumble the rest of the baked mix on top of the strawberry center. Finally, put the pan in the freezer until the strawberry mix has turned to a solid.
