The project is a development from DPA concept but as the concept is done without appointed hotel operator, we have to redesign the whole programming with contraint that it would not intervere with other fuctions. The complexity of this project is very high since the hotel stand on top of the mall podium. The main concept of this hotel is modern and sleek.

The project is a concept for a mixed use development in one of the main road in Jakarta. The concept is make an efficient programming but still make it look as a landmark when it is seen in the city scape. We mainly play with vertical lines to strengthen the tall effect of the building. The crown is proposed to be glowing in the night time.

As Medan is trying to develop with a more high density building. This mixed use is located in one of the major road in Medan city center. The concept of the apartment is to make it as a stack block. We design a louvre that will be planted with crawlers. We design the office with a little of curved cause it is on a center of 5 way boulevard. But the curved is not too extreme so still be able to be used efficiently.

The design concept is to make it as an illuminated screen at night and we use wavy fins to make it still look dynamic in the day time. the finishing we use is white to maximized the lighting effect in the night.
