The challenge of this project was to implement a high-rise building with several uses in a historic area of Campo Grande. The aim was to value the pedestrian, the public space and historical heritage. Therefore, the same various uses such as commercial spaces, cultural spaces, colivings, private residences, private and public coworking, and an open terrace
At the same time it was added technology to obtain an interactive architecture, with a speci c facade for visual communication and dialogue between pedestrians and buildings.

The ground oor is a conjunction of an urban square with commercial spaces and the building access. The intention was to keep the ground oor free and o er services such as bars, restaurants, shops and other primary activities to attract movement of people and contribute to security.
The rst three oors were designed to carry out multiple activities. So, the rst oor comprises a terrace, as well as an auditorium with a capacity of 220 seats. The second oor includes multipurpose spaces, whose main purpose is to o er courses and activities of training, among others. Public Coworking - 06 Floors with public spaces, a place for work, leisure and rest.
Private Coworking – 12 Floors with rented spaces for companies.
Colivings – 09 Floors of option of simpler and lower apartments cost, with living spaces and shared services.
Apt. Private – Option of entirely private apartments, for residents who want more privacy. The apartments were developed to have a free layout.
The terrace space was chosen to house a viewpoint and also a bar to promote activities and social interactions.
For the volumetry, it was chosen that the North facade would be interactive with a LED panel where it is possible to play games, view artwork, activities information of the building and others.
