The improvement of technologies has catapulted the evolution of society, in a frantic way. This project addresses this trajectory of social change and space from the new modes of communication and how this led to a society that lives connected in two di erent realities. The aim is the elaboration of an architectural project based on the activities of creation and production of technological nature, demonstrating the transformation of the architectural process as a whole.
The purpose is to connect people through fun, productive and community space, depending, therefore, on the exchange of knowledge and the user's experiences. The pro le of the project's target audience is diverse, consisting of proactive people who have an a nity for digital creation and production, interest in sharing knowledge and being part of a community, without restrictions.

The construction of the necessity program was based on the two central ideas, that is, coworkings and makerspaces, everything that goes beyond was thought to support and integrate people with di erent insights and similar goals.
The ground oor comprises the Central Hall, the Digital Art Gallery and the main access by the square. The strategy for de ning the interior space is made through two water ponds positioned beside the doors, which guide the ow to the main entrance, and thus the pedestrian in the square can observe the interior without obstacles, as if it were an invitation to enter.

The 2nd, 4th and 5th oors are the coworkings, spaces of creation that o er work and study structure. All oors have spaces for reading and rest in areas close to the core.
The 3rd, 6th and 6th oors mezzanine house the makerspaces, spaces of production that o er tools for manufacturing digital.

The terrace has a curved roof - in metallic structure - designed using Rhinoceros and Grasshopper. Anchoring is done on 4 pillars and on the rigid core, its function in addition to providing shelter to terrace visitors, is to break the rectilinearity of the volume of the building.

Terraces are always an attraction, therefore, a co ee shop was added, while it is possible to admire the view of the surroundings.
The challenge was to work with the volumetry from a few oors. Added to that are topographic conditions with 6 m of elevation in the north Direction of the land.

In this way, we opted for a staggered North facade volumetry, since it was desirable to have several external spaces on oors in addition to having a direct downtown view.

Consequently, the south facade gained height, where there is a large sculpture in the middle of a row of pillars. The purpose of this central sculpture was to characterize the building.
The West facade, which su ers from heat stroke problems during the afternoon, but has great visibility, received several vertical brise-soleil to lter the amount of light. Included in these are LEDs that Interact with the city at night.

And nally, the east facade received brise-soleil, since on this side the sun can bother you more in the early hours of the day. Having East and West facades lled with permeable structures, a natural ventilation drift is created in the building interior.
