Who am I ?

My name is GACEM Anis, I was born in Algiers in 1993. Since I was little, I have been drawn to everything related to drawing and graphic design. When I was young I had a lot of dreams like any child on earth, I wanted to develop video games, create cars with my own design and also build cities .. With time my future becomes more precise and I obtain my baccalaureate with honors, and I join the institute of architecture of Blida, where I could enrich my knowledge and develop my passion. I finish my studies in 2016 with a master 2 in architecture in urban and coastal areas with the mention very well and congratulations of the jury, and I become an Architect. I let you discover the rest of my story through this portfolio which presents a short summary of the main projects I have done.

I chose to intervene on the central part of the bay of Algiers [the mouth of Oued El Harrache]. This situation seemed interesting to us in more ways than one.

Because the place has a great potential of attractiveness and can accommodate a diversified program with walks throughout the bay of Algiers, sea shuttles ... The place itself is a jewel, with the sea, wadi el Harrach, Ardis ... etc. and its exceptional position near downtown Algiers. General development plan

This will involve developing a scheme of planning principles and concluding with a project simulation that goes from a ground plan to the project outline. The intervention would be a tourist reception structure, an urban and / or tourist development and a punctual project (equipment). However, the reflection will be conducted in a sustainable development approach Seafront view

The

project in question is a hotel part of a development plan grouping different poles and fits perfectly to the whole. It participates in a visual breakthrough, and does not act as a screen to the path of a breakthrough drawn in this plan of development through a completely clear passage, where people can move without changing level.

A facade with a horizontal and compact rhythm with a gap between the two facades of the two blocks as cited in the basic idea, and the facade of the intermediate block is in the same directions of the winds and is opened by the pedestrian crossing at level 0 which will also serve to lighten the facade of wind power and will create natural ventilation in the project through patios in the intermediate block.

Villa R+1

A house in R + 1 on a plot of 150 m², with a garden of 50 m² for a couple with two children.

Ground floor includes living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet | DAY SPACE | Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a shower room | NIGHT SPACE | The house is elevated 1.50m from the project coast, which allows us to have a mezzanine level -1.50 or I built a Hammam + rang in more than two parking spaces.

A multifunctional building in R + 9 registered in an urban program. in the basement I put a parking, on the ground floor another parking in addition to peripheral shops, the 1st I put the various services (nursery, local clinic, building management ..) and at the 2nd starts the first levels of housing up to R + 9 and on each floor, there is 8 apartment F4, which makes a total of 64 Apartment.

CURRENT FLOOR PLAN

the building is designed with the logic of the atrium, everything is organized around the central courtyard of the DRC. Below this courtyard I put the parking, because under this courtyard, we can put the appropriate structure that adapts the better to the parking without offering parking spaces in the standards.

The living room is open space by grouping the kitchen, the dining space, and stays, as can be seen on the computer image, It allows us to gain surface and of course to keep the living family group in their beautiful F4.

It was during my first employment in an architecture agency, and it was the project far from the agency (BET mba) I had the honor to participate in this project, which is on a slope . One of the best exercises for my evolution as an architect. Two types of stable were proposed to an equestrian club, and approved by the latter. The type R + 1 includes the ground floor boxes to house the horses, and upstairs we have classrooms, administrations, and sanitary. On the other hand, the DRC type has only boxes and offices. Tourist residence «white jasmines» Janvier 2018 / BET chabou

The tourist residences «white jasmines», is a project registered in the plan of development of the Zéralda ZET (tourist expansion zone) in the western suburbs of Algiers. The project is composed of five blocks, (A, B, C, D, E). Blocks A and B are essentially apart hotels, besides there are 65 apart hotels in R + 5. Block C is a multipurpose block, featuring a ballroom, banquet halls, restaurants, and a pool.

The underground car parks have been set up and their upper surface has been converted into green spaces or a children’s playground. Block D contains the hotel apartments for people with reduced mobility. Block E, a building for wellbeing and fitness, with gyms, hammam and sonnas.

This project was done in collaboration with a French consulting firms | ARTELIA | who took care of the processes, and we of the architecture / structure. This project allowed me to learn the regulations of the civil protection, and more or less to master the techniques of the metallic framework.

In addition to the complexity of the plant, its location on sloping ground with a slope of more than 20 meters pushed us to exploit two levels of mezzanine level by setting up conference rooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices , a large refectory for staff and an extension space to accommodate an additional production line

With this program, we wanted to create an emblematic project in this commune from Ouadhia to Tizi Ouzou. We put a large shopping center (nonexistent activities in this town) and promotional housing of R + 7 high standing. This project was the result of a collaboration with an architectural firm | SAMImage | The project is a 192-unit promotional housing program for a developer in Tlemcen, western Algeria The program is made of two block type, a central block and corner block.
