Remote Dimension Three Touch Studio Access, Mixing and Control From Home
New from Wheatstone, remote client software for accessing and controlling a Dimension Three Touch audio console from home or other location. Remote Dimension Three Touch is a multitouch virtual TV audio console with up to 64 faders layered onscreen for remote control of a WheatNet-IP audio networked Dimension Three console at the studio. Used anywhere there’s a PC touchscreen or several touchscreens connected over the audio network, Remote Dimension Three Touch offers real-time fader tracking and live synchronization of buttons and controls between the virtual surface and the physical board. Remote Dimension Three Touch software displays two screens — the main screen is the fader bank and masters section; the second screen is a software replication of the Dimension Three Touch’s touch screen interface. It includes familiar buttons, knobs and multitouch navigation and menuing for adjusting EQ curves, filtering and other custom settings. The Dimension Three Touch IP audio console comes in three physical frame sizes for up to 32 physical input faders, with virtual options available in two configurations: the remote client software above or a standalone virtual surface with 1RU interface unit that can be used in place of a physical console surface. Dimension Three Touch is one of several IP audio consoles for the WheatNet-IP audio network, a complete IP audio ecosystem of consoles, talent stations, I/O units, accessories, virtual tools and appliances.
