For the dining room in her client’s penthouse, Interior Designer Christina del Real began with a color palette of muted tones. She chose a Lee Jofa wallpaper with a subtle design and an area rug that complimented the sophisticated color scheme. The round dining table featured a uniquely textured base. A soft green fabric was chosen for the dining chairs and custom drapery, and for the finishing touch, Christina added a dramatic chandelier. This client couldn’t have been happier.

A living room in Kaela Bay got beautiful makeover by our Interior Designer, Susan Salimbene. A grass wallpaper added an interesting element of texture with the rich color palette. The dramatic lines of the sofa and chairs added a contemporary element. Susan used a striking console and plush area rug that really brought the room together. Finally, she found a subtle embroidered lotus leaf fabric for the drapery… her client was thrilled!

Our Interior Designer, Luanza Maitland, created a master suite using a rich mix of materials that contributed to the restful nature of the room. Using neutral tones, she chose a grass wallpaper, an upholstered headboard, and a textured area rug to define the room. She added a most unique end table that worked perfectly in the space and the custom drapery featured convenient motorized panels. What a beautiful project!

Her client in Sarasota wanted a comfortable, colorful design for the lanai and pool area. Gina used deep blue and bright yellow in her color choices. The large blue sofa and chair with bright area rugs created a perfect conversation space and chaise lounges were added poolside. Family and friends love this beautiful new space!
