PROGRAM UPDATES & CHANGES Legacy Partners receiving operational support from Fulton County are no longer eligible to apply for funding through the traditional CFS program. Priority support will be given to applicants based in districts 1, 2, and 6. Organizations without a 501(c)3 can use a fiscal agent to apply for Fulton County Project Support funds.
FISCAL AGENTS
Fiscal Agent must be a Fulton County-based non-profit organization with its 501(c)3 status and a Fulton County vendor code and ideally should be a current or potential project partner.
A fiscal agent must be identified at the time of your application submission. If your organization is awarded funding, the fiscal agent enters into a contract with Fulton County on your behalf.
Fiscal agents can only represent three (3) organizations, inclusive of themselves, per funding cycle. Applicants can use a fiscal agent for a

Funding Allocation Decision Process

PEER PANEL REVIEW Organizations applying in the Operating Support Funds and Project
Applications are reviewed by Contracts for Services staff for Support Funds categories are grouped by budged size for the
