Fulbright Arctic Initiative

The Fulbright Arctic Initiative brings together professionals, practitioners, and researchers from Canada, the Kingdom of Denmark, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and the United States for group seminars and an individual Fulbright exchange to address key research and policy questions related to fostering a secure and sustainable Arctic. Working within and across disciplines, Fulbright Arctic Scholars translate theory into practice to address public policy research questions relevant to the shared challenges and opportunities of Arctic Nations

Fulbright Arctic Initiative III provides a platform for scholars from across the Arctic region to engage in collaborative thinking, analysis, problem-solving and multidisciplinary research in three main thematic areas: • Arctic Security and Cooperation • Arctic Infrastructure in a Changing Environment • Community Dimensions of Health
