Thursday Night Live is returning in 2022! Patrons can expect an exciting scene at City Park with live, family friendly music from the DahlmsTalton Bandshell (414 Main Street)! The music begins at 7:30PM. On select nights, there will also be attractions in the park like a mechanical bull, a BMX stunt team, and Stay tuned as we approach the series for an update on attractions in City Park. Concert schedule and band lineup is subject to change.

M O V I E I N T H E P A R K !

On select Tuesday nights, grab a blanket or a chair and join us for Movie in the Park! Once it gets dark, we will be show a movie in City Park using our massive blow up projector screen! Free popcorn will be available as we watch a family friendly, classic film! On May 31, there will be a fireside chat in the Bandshell before the movie where the Mayor, City Manager, and Police Chief will address the current state of the community. On May 31 and August 23, the Platte Valley Band will hold a concert before the movie!

Fort Morgan is a great place to hold a special event! From 5K races to non-profit fundraisers, the City of Fort Morgan supports a plethora of events to enhance our community. Special event applications can be obtained online at https://www.cityoffortmorgan.com/341/Recreation-Dept-Rental-Agreements or at the Gene Doty Senior Center (307 Linda Street). This application is also used if you are wanting to have any street closures, parades, banners hung, or large public events at any of the City’s parks. All special event packets must be completed and turned it at least 60 days prior to the event to be processed. An insurance policy is required with all special events applications.
