CAREER ADVISING/COUNSELING/CAREER LIBRARY
• All staff involved in direct service to student/alumni clients have the ability to conduct appointments/advising remotely, access student/client contact information, and access Zoom or Zoom HIPAA • Visual interactions are preferred, but phone calls via mobile devices may be used as a backup. Procedures have been created for both advising and counseling from a distance.
CAREER OUTREACH PROGRAMS
• Workshop requests from faculty, organizations and others will be accommodated. • Staff will offer these programs virtually (with interactive components whenever possible) on the platforms listed above. • Online materials about the topic may be substituted for outreach programs if the client/ group agrees to the substitution. • Many of these programs (resume/virtual interview preparation) will be recorded and published to provide 24/7 access to students. • Staff will engage employers and other institutional partners to collaborate on workshops, content, and information dissemination. • The ProfessioNole Clothing Closet will be open to students by appointment only. CAREER PLANNING CLASS, SDS 3340
The five sections of the Introduction to Career Planning course will follow University guidelines based on synchronous course policy. Instructors will: • Offer recordings of any class students might miss with advanced request or reasonable excuse • Offer teacher/student class appointments via Zoom or Zoom HIPAA • Utilize distance testing platforms for quizzes • Work with students’ needs related to accommodations
COOPERATIVE EDUCATION, INTERNSHIPS, AND PART-TIME JOBS
Experiential learning activities such as job shadow or internship opportunities have been converted to remote learning for students. InternFSU will be delayed until Spring 2021. Staff will: • Continue to identify part-time, Internships and/or job shadows that are virtual and inperson for Spring 2021 • Aid students and faculty by contacting employers regarding upcoming job shadows or internships
Engage employers and other institutional partners to collaborate on workshops, content, and information dissemination when possible.
MOCK INTERVIEWS
Mock interviews will be provided on two platforms: • Students can make online Zoom appointments for mock interviews where staff will conduct and evaluate virtual mock interviews along with Employers and Mock Interview Mentors. • Students can access the online platform Big Interview as another mock interview source.
CAREER FAIRS
Career fairs will be held through the virtual platform Career Eco. Staff will: • Host Seminole Futures, STEM Career &Internship Career Fair, Government & Social Services, Graduate & Professional School Career Fair, and Law School Career Fair virtually • Offer an online resume drop platform in place of the Part-time job fair • Participate in the state-wide career fair, United Network career fair, and any other appropriate career fair to connect students to employers
ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING
Interviews with employers will be hosted remotely via Zoom. Staff will: • Engage employer stakeholders for collaborative and planning purposes requesting that they send the student meeting information and technical requirements • Provide links/communication for information and student access to various platforms for virtual interviews • Provide virtual interview training and have “go to” content available on Career Center website • Troubleshoot any technical issues students and/or employers might have • Provide off and on-campus sites that will provide computer access to students who may not have access
JOB LISTINGS AND RÉSUMÉ REFERRALS
Job listings and resume referrals will continue to be offered to students. Staff will: • Utilize the new Symplicity platform for job listings and resume referrals • Solicit employers for job opportunities and forward resumes when appropriate • Provide students access to job opportunity listings for part- and full-time positions and internships.
CAREER PORTFOLIO
Students will continue to have access to the FSU Career Portfolio and Folio. Staff will: • Provide virtual advising • Conduct online tutorials • Provide virtual workshops • Embed into courses when appropriate • Offer and advise on the new Folio product
GARNET & GOLD SCHOLAR SOCIETY
Students can continue to apply to the Garnet &Gold Scholar Society program. Staff will: • Provide virtual advising and assign Overall Program Advisors • Conduct online tutorials • Provide virtual workshops • Review and troubleshoot any student and/or Overall Program Advisor issue as appropriate.

• Reduced in-person hours of operation: Operating hours will be restricted to 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (rather than remaining open until 10:00 p.m.). • Congregating in open spaces will be restricted: The CARE Lab will remove general area seating to discourage student congregation and lounging. • Close hard-wired computer lab: Computer lab access will be replaced with laptop checkout (while supplies last). • Identify entrance/exit doors: We will identify one door on each side of the building as entrance and exit (right doors are entrance, left doors are exit). For classrooms, because each room has multiple entrances, one door will be labeled as the entrance and another as the exit. • Room reservations: Study rooms will be restricted to 1 student only at a time. Usage will be restricted to 2-hours maximum. Following use by students, study room chairs and tables will be disinfected. Classrooms and general areas cannot be reserved during Fall 2020. • Tutoring: We will not hold one-on-one tutoring, and we will promote online tutoring with CARE tutors. • Staffing structure: CARE will reduce staffing and stagger staff schedules to maintain social distancing. To guarantee the Department is in compliance with all social distancing standards, CARE may limit the number of work-study students hired.

• Administration: In-person Administration hours will adjust to 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Virtual assistance will continue Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Advising: All CARE advising will be conducted remotely, consistent with Advising First’s protocols. Students requesting drop-in advising will be allowed to connect with an available advisor via a laptop computer. Advisors will have staggered schedules in the office, but only for administrative actions and office coverage. • Student engagement: Student Leadership Boards will continue to meet virtually. o General Body Meetings & Junior/Senior Check-Ins will be conducted online. • CARE requirements: CARE student requirements have been adjusted to enable students to meet their requirements online.
PRE-COLLEGIATE PROGRAMMING
CARE’s pre-collegiate programming will continue to maximize online learning. Until further notice, all trips and in-person activities will be suspended, pending guidance from the local school districts on plans for their operations in Fall 2020.

GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE
• Weekly virtual information sessions on the Global Citizenship Certificate will be offered. New students can find out about enrolling in the required course, Global Perspectives, for the spring semester. • Students can make advising appointments and meet virtually with the Global Citizenship Certificate Program Director and Teaching Assistant to get more information and to enroll in the program. • Global Citizenship Certificate instructors will be available for virtual advising for students enrolled in the fall Global Perspectives course.
GLOBAL EXCHANGES
• Virtual Information sessions will be offered weekly on opportunities for international study through over 40 partners in the Global Exchange Program. • Students can make advising appointments and meet virtually with the Global Exchanges Program Director and Graduate Assistant to find out more information about specific study sites and the application process.
CGE PROGRAMS
• Attend Virtual International Coffee Hour on Zoom every Friday from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. to experience cultural presentations by student groups, enjoy short cooking demonstrations, and participate in small group conversations with students from around the world. • Participate in English Conversation Club virtually on Zoom Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Relax during a Meditation Monday program virtually every week at noon on Zoom. • Learn about Global Public Health issues through the CGE’s Engage Your World Intercultural Dialogue Series virtually this fall. Presentations feature guest speakers from around the world and will be offered monthly during the fall semester.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT & SCHOLAR SERVICES
• Students can meet with Immigration Advisors remotely by appointment and through ‘virtual drop in advising hours’ every afternoon. • Immigration and employment workshops will be offered virtually. • Students can come to the Immigration Suite (GME Building, Suite 2100) to pick up immigration documents and ask basic questions about services and resources from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

SERVICE-LEARNING TRAININGS & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PRESENTATIONS
• All presentations and trainings for any course will be held virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. • Consultations with faculty and staff on how to incorporate service (virtual or otherwise) into their course(s) will be held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. • Student organizations that request community engagement presentations will be able to access pre-recorded trainings on the Center’s website or through a request for a virtual training conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT/SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
• All community engagement activities will occur virtually via Zoom. • Engage TLH will offer virtual service trips to various community agencies. • Community Ambassadors will provide liaison support to non-profit agencies virtually. • Partnerships with local and surrounding schools will be done through virtual mentoring, tutoring, or project based service.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND EDUCATION
• All leadership development programming will occur via Zoom. • Women’s Leadership Institute is postponed until Spring 2021, but trainings and workshops will be conducted virtually during the fall semester. • We will continue to assess the possibility of hosting a LeaderShape session following the close of the Spring 2021 semester.
STUDENT DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
• Dialogue programs will occur via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. • The Estonko Welcome Mixer will occur via Zoom. • The Latinx Celebration will occur via various online mediums for a week during Hispanic Heritage Month. • Social Justice Living Learning Community will operate as a hybrid, with some face-toface classes that are socially distanced. Students who choose to continue to be a part of the LLC but will not be on campus will participate virtually. • Training programs such as National Coalition Building Institute and Social Justice Ally Training will be held virtually. • Requested trainings from students will be held virtually via Zoom.

The Oglesby Union will offer programs and services in-person and virtually in Fall 2020. The Union Facilities (Oglesby, Moore, SSB and ASLC) will provide casual gathering spaces that adhere to social distancing and safety protocols, additional outdoor seating, and service amenities. No dining operations will be open in the Oglesby Union in Fall 2020.
ART CENTER
• The Art Center will offer traditional instructor-led art classes, in-person and take-to-go Paint-a-Pot, and Painting Express with adherence to social distancing measures and wearing face coverings. • The Art Center facility has been modified to support social distancing guidelines onsite. This includes the expansion of outdoor seating. The Art Center will also offer inperson programs in outdoor settings like South Moore Plaza or Landis Green. • Online instructional videos will be made available.
FLYING HIGH CIRCUS
• The Flying High Circus is exploring options for fall. More information will be available soon.

• The Leach Center will be open daily with 75-minute workout periods – available by reservation only. • The Fitness & Movement Clinic will be open weekdays with 50-minute workout periods – available by reservation only. • Reservations will be available 25 hours in advance of the start of a workout time. • Facility capacity limits of 25% of the total capacity will apply at both facilities to meet social distancing requirements. • The facilities will be open to current FSU students and continuing members only. No guest passes will be available. • All patrons must wear a face covering at all times (including during their workout), bring a water bottle, complete the Daily Wellness Check Tool in the MyFSU MobileApp or portal, and scan or show their FSUCard to enter either facility. • Limited services and amenities will be available to allow for appropriate social distancing, adjusted traffic patterns, and new Plexiglas barriers at service locations. • The Leach Center Pool will be available to swimmers through a separate reservation. Spa areas remain closed. Face coverings are not required for swimmers while in the pool. • The locker rooms, showers, indoor track, and select court spaces remain closed. • Fitness equipment has been repositioned throughout facility to allow for required social distancing. • Enhanced cleaning protocols include additional sanitizing wipes throughout facility for patron use and deep cleaning of high-touch areas during and after facility operational hours. • Fitness coaching and personal training services are available in person and virtually. • Group fitness classes are available on campus (in outdoor spaces) and virtually.

• The Main Campus Fields will be open in the evenings for designated activities only. • The Westside Courts will be open daily with fitness court and sand volleyball courts open for use. • A reservation is not required, but facility capacity will be limited to ensure enforcement of adequate social distancing in available activities. • The facilities will be open to current FSU students and continuing members only. No guest passes will be available.

Sport Clubs will be advised following a seven-level return-to-activity plan that considers club-specific activities and current health and safety guidelines. In the initial phases, sport clubs will be encouraged to pursue virtual meetings and individualized training activities.

No guest passes will be available. • Sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, disc golf, 2-on-2 sand volleyball, solo climbing wall experiences, and designated socially-distanced landbased activities are the only activities that will be available to patrons. • There will be limited retreat center reservations. • Socially distanced Challenge course programs are available. • Virtual teambuilding programs including virtual escape room activities are available. • Outdoor Pursuits trips are available through meet-at-location offerings, led by certified trip leaders. • We will continue the ‘Sean & Sean Explore Local’ series to assist students with partaking in own local outdoor adventure opportunities.

During regular business hours, the Title IX Office will have at least one staff member available to provide information to students who need to submit a report or complaint or be directed to a different office or department. Professional staff may not always be present in the office during normal business hours, but will remain available to deliver services and conduct meetings via telephone and Zoom. Information sessions and interviews will continue to be held via telephone and Zoom. Investigation Report and document review will continue to be conducted virtually. ACCESS TO CLINICAL SERVICES
Students already engaged in individual and group counseling services will make arrangements for telemental-health services with their existing clinicians. Students who are looking to initiate counseling services have two options: o Off-site Telemental-Health services: » Students are encouraged to call 850-644-TALK (8255) to initiate counseling services. UCC clinician’s will reach out to students seeking services within a brief time period to initiate telemental-health services via Zoom (HIPAA). o On-Site (ASLC, Suite 250) Telemental-Health services: » Students who are in Tallahassee and in need of a confidential space for counseling services have the option to walk in to the UCC during regular
business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). » Upon entry, students will be provided with an enclosed, physical space for telemental-health services via Zoom (HIPAA) with a UCC clinician. Behavioral Health Consultation services can be initiated through the clinical system at University Health Services (UHS) and will be provided virtually by UCC clinicians via Zoom (HIPAA). UHS services will be a combination of virtual telemedicine visits and in-person visits, with the visit type matched to the service being provided. Whenever possible, UHS will meet student’s needs through virtual services in an effort to promote social distancing.
Face coverings, screening questions and temperature checks will be required upon entry to the building and CDC guidelines for healthcare facilities will be followed. We strongly encourage flu shots for all students. Flu shot clinics will begin in September. Flu shot clinics (dates to be announced) will be run by appointment to help ensure social distancing measures.

ISSUANCE OF NEW AND REPLACEMENT CARDS
• All students are required to have an FSUCard for identification on campus and access to buildings and other virtual services. • To obtain an initial or replacement FSUCard, students should submit their card application and photo in the new online system located here. • The FSUCard Center will have a satellite location at the Tucker Civic Center between August 12 – August 25 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for student card issuance (limited availability) and card distribution.
STUDENTS LIVING ON CAMPUS
• FSUCard photos must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to their move-in appointment. FSUCards will be distributed at their residence hall move-in appointment. • Students living on campus who have not submitted their photo or have not received their FSUCard by mail will be directed to the FSUCard satellite location at the Tucker Civic Center.
INCOMING AND CURRENT STUDENTS TAKING CLASSES REMOTELY
• Incoming students should submit their photo online and email fsucard@fsu.edu to receive their card by mail. • Current students requiring a replacement FSUCard can access their FSUCard and Library Card numbers through the my.fsu.edu portal under My Profile in the myFSU Identity Management section. In many cases, the numbers themselves will provide students necessary access. If a student requires a physical FSUCard replacement, they should submit their photo online and email fsucard@fsu.edu to receive their card by mail.
