ENHANCING THE ALUMNI EXPERIENCE The FSU Alumni Association offers opportunities for alumni to enhance their experience, engagement, and connection to the university.

“Traveling with an FSU group offers the comfort of a shared experience, while discovering new restaurants and encountering different cultures. As a result of the tour, new connections emerged, including my serving on the doctoral committee of a graduate student in English whose parents were part of the tour group.”

Kurt Piehler, Director of FSU’s Institute of World War II and the Human Experience FSU Alumni Association Member

The Association invites FSU faculty members on trips when possible. Last year, FSU Associate Professor of History Kurt Piehler joined travelers on a trip to visit World War II memorials throughout England and France for the 75th anniversary year of the D-Day Invasion.
