DELIVERY SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES:

Carriers should be notified of any shortages and damages within 7 days to allow them to locate lost packages and inspect the damages if required. For credit requests or additional assistance with lost and damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted only by prior authorizations from the Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
