This report presents the findings of the transnational study Impact of VET Placements
on National Education in Central and Eastern Europe, carried out by the Erasmus+
National Agencies in six countries: Czechia, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Romania,
and Slovenia. Drawing on quantitative and qualitative research, it provides a cross-
country analysis of the effects of Erasmus+ mobility projects under Key Action 1
at multiple levels. In addition to analysing the impact of mobility on the competences
and attitudes of participating students and teachers, the report examines its effects
on vocational schools, their organisational development, and cooperation with local
stakeholders. It also addresses broader systemic issues, highlighting the policy and
institutional conditions that enable mobility and support the integration of international
experience into national education systems.
