We celebrated our eighth anniversary on June 29th this year. We’ve been here long enough now to be accepted, and we’d like to think we’ve forged a space for other women to come into the industry without feeling daunted.’ Jen doesn’t think being female has held them back at all. ‘We get professional respect from others in the industry. As a woman, it can be challenging to feel a part of the camaraderie at times, but we don’t feel left out at all.’
