Report any missing student(s) to the local authorities a chaperone will stay until been reunited with the student(s)

Follow the authority guidance, if present, to leave the site and/or been directed to a safe area
Make sure to keep the group together using the buddy method. Each student is paired with another student to prevent losing a student

Drugs And Alcohol

Confiscate any remaining drugs/alcohol.
Remove student(s) from group and return to hotel.

Keep students away from the chaperone(s) if acting in an unsafe manner.
