Bring your appetite and dine with us at a local restaurant before taking in the latest movie. Join your friends to watch current PG or PG-13 movies at the theater. Restaurant, movie titles, and exact start and end times will be provided approximately two days prior to the program. Location: Lindo Theater

Holiday Creations

Get in the holiday spirit. Bring your sweet tooth cravings and join us to make traditional holiday crafts, cookies, and candies. Participants will be able to bring a bag of sweets home with them. Location: Read Park Pavilion

Since 2006, The Freeport Parks Foundation has had a focused mission – to support the Freeport Park District in achieving its goals for improving the quality of life in our community by encouraging philanthropy and volunteer services.

We also offer many ways to recognize important milestones through Memorial Commemorations for births, anniversaries, retirements or the loss of a loved one. We can assist you to honor these moments with the lasting gift of a park bench or a tree replacement where it’s needed.
