LOCATION Queenstown Airport is a 40min drive away, 1hr drive from Wanaka, and Christchurch is a 6hr scenic drive to Queenstown.

TERRAIN High altitude at 1943m with north facing sunny slopes and some of the best alpine views in the World! 4 chairlifts, including a six-seat high-speed chairlift, as well as open gentle beginner terrain with 3 magic carpets, 3 vibrant terrain parks and challenging advanced chutes assessable by inbound hiking.

GETTING THERE Take the 4WD mountain coach direct from your hotel or downtown Queenstown to enjoy the views or self-drive and enjoy free on mountain resort entry and parking. The road is mostly sealed (except the final 3km) and would suit drivers comfortable in alpine conditions.

HOT TIP If you’re an Intermediate skier, take a short hike from the top of Shadow Basin chair to the ‘Remarkables Lookout’ overlooking Queenstown, you’ll find out why when you’re up there!
