You will learn how Colorado’s procedures for selecting, disciplining, and evaluating judges keep our state courts fair and impartial. Instructor: Martin Beier, Esq. Martin D. Beier, is an attorney and director at the Denver law firm of Silver & DeBoskey. Mr. Beier served for two years as judicial clerk for then Chief Judge William J. Holloway, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

Instructor: Sandria Sigler Sandria Sigler is an attorney who’s practice areas including workers compensation, property and casualty insurance defense, estate planning, bankruptcy, mediation, and civil litigation. Licensed to practice in Colorado and Kansas and before the U.S. District Courts in both states and a current member of the Trust and Estates Section of the Colorado Bar, the Denver Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council and the Kansas Women Attorneys Association.

Learn how divorce cases proceed in Colorado Courts. Specifically, we will explore the differing interests at stake, the issues that need to be addressed in a typical divorce case, the different ways in which divorce cases are resolved, and the ongoing role of the court in divorce cases in Colorado. (Minimum course size is 4 and maximum is 20.) Instructor: Charles H. Nadler Charles Nadler is a private practice attorney. Mr. Nadler has been a partner at Nadler & Weston. Mr. Nadler has also held a variety of teaching jobs including: an adjunct faculty member at Everest College and Kirkwood Community College, and an assistant professor at Central Washington State University. In 2009 Mr. Nadler was a Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Gideon Award Recipient.
