Obtain Home Loan Advice

Get in touch with a mortgage advisor / broker to help you understand your financial options. Once you have determined the right option you can ask for pre-approval giving you the comfort to know your budget throughout the process.

Register Your Details

Register at brookhavenliving.com.au or via the sales office to keep up to date with all of the latest information on new land releases.

Home Design And Requirements

Once you have selected your builder and home design, you will need to supply them with the relevant Brookhaven Design Guidelines Your builder will review to make sure your new home complies.

Finance Approval

If you have your loan pre-approved from your financier or bank then this step will be much easier. You will need to provide your lender with documentation and make the formal application for finance.

6.

Contract And Deposit Your Land

Once you have chosen your home site you can secure it by paying an initial $1000 deposit and then signing the contract.

Balance Deposit

The balance deposit of 10% of the land sale price is required within 14 DAYS from the contract date. You can ask your sales consultant questions at anytime to help you through the important details.

8.

Get Ready For Settlement

Formalise your loan and make sure all your banking requirements are in order.

Construction

Once your land has settled and home design plans are approved, your builder will then submit the plans for building. Once this is approved construction will commence.

10.

MOVE INTO YOUR NEW HOME AND NEIGHBOURHOOD!

Book in the removalists and ensure you register to have all of your utilities connected. Once your home has been handed over from the builder it’s time to move in and enjoy your new home, meet your neighbours and celebrate!
