Executive Coaching for Education Leaders (ECEL) was founded by Dr. Frank Costanzo. The small scale of the ECEL model ensures that the coach focuses on very small caseloads (generally not more than 2 or 3 projects at any one time). Clients submit a basic proposal for services and the coaching plan is then designed.
