The shape of this coffee pot was designed by Susie Cooper while at Gray's and the vivid geometric pattern in green, black, yellow and grey is also her work. It was because there were few opportunities to design shapes at Gray's that Susie Cooper felt impelled to set up as an independent pottery producer and so embarked on a career that was to lead to international fame.
