What is the availability of franchises in my area?

The best way to find this out is by contacting our office. As you can appreciate, only a limited number of franchisees can operate within a certain population.

Is my franchise area exclusive? How many franchises can operate in my franchise area/territory?

As a Franchisee you receive the exclusive marketing rights to a geographic territory. The exclusive marketing territory allows you to receive referral business from outside your territory; however you can only actively market within your territory.

Can I work outside of my franchise area?

You may work outside of your franchise area if your client that has been referred to you is outside of your territory. You can only actively market and solicit business within your franchise area.

How much money can I make?

Your profitability and turnover will vary depending on a number of factors, including sales, operating costs, and your ability to manage, market and control the business. Questions related to profit and loss should be discussed during the interview process. Feel free to call us and we will discuss it with you.

Put simply, we find out everything we can about our clients and what they are looking for in an investment property. Then we go and find that property for them. When we have it we give it to them along with all the supporting documents, research and cash flow figures they need before they buy it.

I have never worked in Property before, is this something I can do?

The Successful Investor (the Franchisor) is a licensed Real Estate Agent and as a Franchisee you are not required to have a Real Estate License. As a TSI Franchisee you will have a referral relationship with the TSI Franchisor where Senior Property Advisor, who is a licensed real estate agent, will facilitate the sale of property.

Do I get my own clients or do TSI provide the clients?

TSI has developed a lead generation marketing team that will work to generate leads through out Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for TSI to further assist our Franchisees in their endeavours to build the reach of their business and the TSI brand. This offers Franchisees the option to receive leads in a similar arrangement to that of their referral partners.
