THE Success Program The Success Program is not a quick fix. We spend hours working with you to understand exactly what you are looking for, and what you want out of a property investment opportunity. Only once we have a thorough insight into your individual situation do we move forward. To get the ball rolling, firstly we need to know all about you, your goals and your plans. So we send you a detailed Discovery Questionnaire to show us where you currently sit. Then, we arrange a consultation with one of our qualified Consultants (all property investors) over the phone, in person or online.
They will closely examine the responses in your questionnaire, and: ✔ answer all your questions about property investing ✔ give us a good understanding of your financial situation ✔ ascertain what kind of properties would suit you and what you are interested in ✔ discuss the types of properties we recommend and why ✔ determine whether you need assistance from other finance specialists (e.g. a mortgage broker). They will also cover some of the basics of property investing including: ✔ how equity really works ✔ the truth about how quickly property increases in value.

Fast Track clients We also have a fast track process for you experienced investors who would like to see what properties we currently recommend without going through our Success Program.
No Pressure It is important for you to remember that we operate in a strict no-pressure environment. Our rule is that when we show you an approved property, there is no contract waiting for you to sign. This may be quite different from what you are used to, or expect. But our philosophy is that you are never asked to make a quick decision, or be put under any pressure whatsoever by any of our Consultants. We always recommend you take the time to consider your options. By the way, none of our Consultants are on commission. So when they meet you, they have your best interests at heart – not how much money they will make if you buy.
After this, if you would like to continue working together, we prepare a Success Report for you. It provides highly detailed projections of what we believe you can achieve financially through property investing over the next 10 to 20 years. We also combine that with debt reduction projections, property education, and accurate cashflow projections showing exactly what your cashflow would be on one of our recommended properties. All of this comes at no cost to you – with absolutely no pressure to make any decisions and no obligation to work together. You can take all of this information and use it however you like.
