As you are aware, the amount of money you make depends largely on yourself. The Finn Franchise Brokers business model is built with the opportunity to earn significant income. Existing franchisees have reported income in excess of $300,000 on an annual basis.

You can work whatever hours you choose, however most of the time you'll find business is conducted during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.

No, in the early stages a commercial office is not necessary. Our business model is designed to be managed initially from a home office, with some meetings taking place off site in a relaxed environ ment. However, we strongly recommend you establish a small commercial office asap.

Obtaining listings is one of the best things about our business model. We find that once we successfully sell a franchise business, the franchisor tends to recommend us to their franchisees that are looking at selling. Also, a lot of existing franchisees already know that Finn Franchise Brokers understand their franchise system, and understand franchising, so they usually prefer to use our services.

We also sell 'greenfield' (new) franchises on behalf of the franchisor when they are expanding. This means we automatically get all their new franchises to sell, and in some States that can be 80 or 100 listings in one go. As our Finn Franchise Broker network grows, we will be in an increasingly strong position to manage the franchise growth for various brands on a national basis. This means that any listings that become available will automatically be passed onto the local Finn Franchise Broker that owns that territory. So effectively, once we get a franchise brand on board, we plan to get all their listings on an ongoing basis. Steve Finn is also actively involved in national networking within the Franchising sector and conducts presentations and round table events with many franchisors and service providers.
