Jewelers Mutual Puts Employees First At Jewelers Mutual, our all-star team made many quick adjustments to mobilize 95% of our workforce to work remotely within days early in the pandemic. Our focus from day one has been the health and safety of our employees and have since continued to prioritize their wellbeing first and foremost.
(remote work included), upgrade communication avenues and systems, and make health conscious building renovations while posing minimal interruption to our workforce. We are currently taking sanitation to a new level and also painting and installing new carpeting through our Neenah campus.
We are committed to finding new ways to support our team members both near and far.
At this time, we have a few essential team members working onsite but are remaining fluid with our all employee return plans to ensure their safety. Our ability to enable a remote workforce ensured that we could avoid furloughs and layoffs, while providing employees the ability to be “safer at home.�

We continue to let our employees know, even remotely, that we are in this together. From small gifts sent directly to their homes, videos distributed on behalf of our leadership teams, to the creation of an outdoor patio area to help our employees meet in person while safely outside and socially distanced. The pandemic is far from over, and we are committed to finding new ways to support our team members, both near and far.
