Two cultures, one table. The new buffet experience highlights the discovery of two distinct food cultures complementing one another in harmony right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Designed as a sensory dining experience, The Mesh x Siam Road offers an immersive spread complete with signature creations, bold flavour profiles, and an atmosphere that transports guests straight to the streets of Siam, for flavours weaved with Malaysian nuances.

CHEF KAMARUDIN BIN DALI

Chef de Cuisine

Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre

With over 30 years of experience, Perlis-born Chef Kamarudin bin Dali is a culinary expert in Malay and other Asian cuisine. Having led renowned kitchens in Malaysia and also Singapore, he is admired for his creativity, strong leadership, and dedication to preserving the local authentic flavours. His commitment to excellence has earned him numerous accolades throughout his career.
