You continue to the small island of Lindau in Lake Constance, which boasts spectacular views of the Alps. Depending on weather conditions you can take the Alpine road from Lindau to Oberstaufen and Immenstadt to your final destination Füssen. Overnight in Füssen. Day 4 Neuschwanstein - Wieskirche - Oberammergau - Ettal - GarmischPartenkirchen (85 km) Visit the Neuschwanstein Castle, built by Ludwig II, the notorious “Mad King“. Day 5 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Innsbruck - Linderhof - Munich (250 km) In the morning drive to Innsbruck. Enjoy this nice city in Austria, located in the Inn valley in the heart of the Alps. In the afternoon drive to Munich, and on the way you have the possibility to visit Linderhof Castle. This is one of the 3 castles built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria. Overnight in Munich. Day 6 Munich Munich, the capital of the state of Bavaria is famous for its Oktoberfest, which is annually celebrated in September. Overnight in Munich. Day 7 Munich - Rothenburg ob der Tauber - Frankfurt (435 km) After breakfast drive to Rothenburg ob der Tauber then continue to Frankfurt airport where you will end your tour with a return flight to the UK.
