NOTICES TO EXHIBITORS ADMISSION Exhibitors will be admitted on production of their passes as set out in Rule 6 on page 132 and can purchase further passes at a reduced rate for any day. Please Note: Partners (i.e. 2 or more owners) will receive only ONE additional free Helpers Pass. An Exhibitor entering a single dog which is owned by only one person is entitled to ONE admission pass. CATALOGUES Special arrangements are made for Exhibitors to reserve their Catalogues at a reduced price by applying on the entry form in advance of the show. ENTRY FORMS All entries must be submitted on a dfs Crufts official entry form. Two entry forms are enclosed with each Schedule. Please use separate entry forms for different owners. Additional forms may be obtained from dfs Crufts, 1 Clarges Street, Piccadilly, London W1J 8AB. Tel: 0844 463 3980. FOULING OF THE SHOW PREMISES Exhibitors are reminded that a person in charge of a dog which fouls any part of the show open to the public is liable to a fine of £10.00. Plenty of “pooper” scoops are available for the use of exhibitors, so there is no excuse for not cleaning up after your dog. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Special discount rates for Exhibitors and visitors have been arranged at a comprehensive range of hotels for the exhibition period. Please visit the dfs Crufts website www.dfscrufts.org.uk for further details. Please note: Camping is not permitted overnight at the venue. LITTER Exhibitors’ help would be very much appreciated in keeping the exhibition halls clean and tidy by placing all litter in the bins provided. PRIZE CARDS First, Second, Third, Reserve, and Very Highly Commended prize cards will be offered in all classes. PAYMENT OF PRIZE MONEY (See page 34) Prize money can be collected at the Show from the Organisers' Office in Hall 1 between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm each show day. Alternately it can be applied for in writing within 30 days of the Show. CUPS, TROPHIES AND SPECIAL PRIZES All cups, trophies and special prizes are listed in the breed classifications. Trophies may be held by UK winners subject to terms and conditions upon written application to the Kennel Club on the prescribed form to be supplied after the Show. No trophies will be engraved but a permanent record of winners will be kept in the Kennel Club Library. PIAZZA

1. Members of the General Committee, the Crufts Committee and their partners together with members of their household, should not exhibit dogs or compete or handle at dfs Crufts. 2. Except for Groups and Best in Show, Crufts Committee members will not judge at the Show, except in an emergency or when the appointment was confirmed before the judge became a member of the Crufts Sub-Committee. 3. Group Stewards or Show Officials (excluding Ring Stewards) should not exhibit, compete or handle at the Show. dfs Crufts 2011
