Film Museum The project located on a gridal system in Karakoy. The location is across the impressive anatolian side view and near the Haliç metro station. The museum doesn’t cut the İstanbul view for who walks there, some parts of it raised from ground. This height creates common circulation areas and gathering places under the museum. The gridal system shaped landscape as museum itself. The gridal system transform to colons for museum and transform to street light, gathering places, sitting areas, screen, landscape structure, trees for landscape. Museum is a big space that involves smaller spaces in it. It has the idea of space in space.

The ramp that in the museum connects all spaces in the museum. In the center of museum there is a permanent exhibition area, film scenes are projected on its facade so it is exhibition area in and out. Also ramp is exhibition area itself. While a person walk through ramp, they see people, facade of permanent exhibition area, spaces and view of Istanbul fragment by fragment like watching a movie.
