There are historical walls, museums and parks around this land. It is located in a very useful area in order to reflect the historical texture to the structure. The historical fortification and Tekfur museum reflects its historical texture to this structure and is a structure that was synthesized in modern time and Eastern Roman time. This structure is primarily intended for public use. There are also parts that are not open to the public or that are open to the public, which can be used by certain people. This structure provides services in three different professions: cooking, architecture and performing arts. Main purpose of this building is to improve local people’s ability and interests.
