1 REPAIR FLUX CORE WELDER Must have ux core experience and must be able to pass a vertical welding test including gouging. Experience as a steel welding mill operator is a plus. Both positions require the use of large tools, over head crane and power tools. Work schedules are 12 hour shifts, nights and weekends. Experience working in a steel mill or fabrication shop is preferred. Must pass physical and drug test. Safety is a number one priority. All workers must wear PPE including safety shoes. Type 2 Diabetes

A 15 month clinical research study is evaluating if a new investigational basal insulin dosed once daily can provide safe and effective blood sugar control compared to a marketed basal insulin dosed once daily in people with type 2 diabetes.

QualiďŹ ed participants will receive all study related care and study medication at no cost and may be compensated for travel.

You may qualify if you: • Are 18 years or older • Have had a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months • Are receiving treatment with any basal insulin with or without oral antidiabetic drugs for at least 6 months • Are at high risk for developing hypoglycaemia (i.e. recent hypoglycaemic episodes, severe hypoglycaemic episode, hypoglycaemic unawareness, moderate chronic renal failure or insulin usage for more than 5 years) • Have an HbA1c level of not more than 9.5% • Have a body mass index (BMI) of less than 45 kg/m2
